The coolant proportional valve regulates the flow of coolant in the thermal management circuit of electric vehicles. It is used for coolant distribution, for example, in the coolant circuit for cabin heating, battery cooling, and cooling the power electronics. The coolant proportional valve enables the temperature of the coolant circuits for the battery, powertrain, and passenger interior to be regulated. The multiport valve was developed for integration into thermal subsystems.
